Better than the real thing.
The exceptionally realistic decors are based on some smart technology. Did you know that Parquetvinyl consists of up to 70% limestone, mixed with about 25% PVC? During production, the different layers are compressed into a strong, thin plank. No adhesive is used here. The surface texture is surprisingly real! Some collections have a synchronous wood structure. So if you see a knot or a wood grain in the decor, you can feel it too, at exactly the same place. The click system is experienced as one of the easiest in the market. It provides fast and easy installation and seams guaranteed to be watertight. All floors have an integrated IXPE subfloor. This only has advantages: any small irregularities are neutralised, you can lay the floor far more quickly, the sound is muted and of course you don’t need to purchase an extra sub-floor.

Parquetvinyl and laminate have a very different composition. Parquetvinyl consists of up to 70% limestone, approximately 25% PVC and less than 1% additives and pigments. Laminate, on the other hand, has a body of pressed wood fibers. A small summary of the advantages that Parquetvinyl has versus ordinary laminate flooring: 100% waterproof, can be installed in large surfaces without profiles (up to 400 m²), does not require acclimatisation, suitable for every room, good acoustic performance, low VOC emissions.

Although Parquetvinyl looks like real parquet, it does not contain wood. It has a unique composition and contains up to 70% limestone. This makes it extremely robust, water-resistant, and suitable for any room. Although parquet is an entirely natural product, which gives it its exceptional character, some of its limitations are that it is not water-resistant, requires a lot of maintenance, and is more expensive.

Unlike regular vinyl, Parquetvinyl is hardly affected by heat and direct sunlight. It is much more stable. Moreover, Parquetvinyl does not contain plasticisers, so that the air quality in the room is not affected.
